These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ceobd platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and all interactions with ceobd services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before using any ceobd service.

Age Restriction — 18+ Only
ceobd services are strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Account holders must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Underage gambling is prohibited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted one ceobd account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Transparent Bonus Terms
All promotional offers at ceobd carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. No hidden conditions apply to any ceobd promotion.
Fair Play Guarantee
All games available on ceobd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats operated by licensed providers. ceobd does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
Data Protection

1. General Terms and Acceptance
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ceobd platform — including its website available at ceobd.app, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services — you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ceobd.
ceobd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notification to players. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ceobd platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ceobd platform and close your account. Continued use of ceobd services after the effective date of any revision constitutes full acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The platform is operated with Bangladesh players as its primary audience, and all references to currency default to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on the ceobd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of ceobd services:
- You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. ceobd enforces a strict 18+ age restriction without exception.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to hold ceobd accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether requested by yourself on ceobd or through any other platform with which ceobd has a data-sharing arrangement.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ceobd or any of its associated service providers, game suppliers, or technology partners.
KYC Identity Verification
ceobd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, you must submit valid proof of identity. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. ceobd reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name).
ceobd will process KYC submissions within 72 hours of receipt of all required documents. During KYC review, your account will remain accessible for gameplay but withdrawal functionality will be suspended until verification is complete. If KYC documentation is found to be fraudulent, forged, or inconsistent with account registration data, ceobd reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ceobd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ceobd strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
You must not share your ceobd account login details with any other person, including family members, friends, or third-party betting advisory services. Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. ceobd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must contact ceobd support immediately at [email protected]. ceobd will suspend your account upon such notification and assist with identity re-verification before restoring access. ceobd will not reverse or reimburse any wagers, losses, or withdrawals that occurred prior to the receipt of a compromise notification.
ceobd employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections, including the login flow, cashier, and live game sessions. ceobd also implements automated session monitoring to detect unusual login patterns, such as access from unfamiliar devices or geographic locations inconsistent with your registered profile. Suspicious sessions may be flagged for additional identity verification before proceeding.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
Deposits
ceobd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however ceobd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in any 24-hour period.
All deposits are credited to your ceobd account in real time upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. ceobd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network congestion on the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket networks. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, you should contact ceobd support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of BDT payment flows on the platform. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may not process withdrawals.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval for verified accounts. VIP Gold-tier and above players at ceobd benefit from priority withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of request submission during business hours (08:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
ceobd maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine participation in ceobd's games and betting services. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay constitutes suspicious activity and may result in account review, delay of withdrawal processing, and reporting to relevant authorities. ceobd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal amounts pending AML investigation for up to 30 days.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ceobd offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed alongside the offer at the time of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions on this page and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a ceobd account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Each ceobd promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. ceobd reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust wagering requirements, or void bonus credits at its sole discretion if it determines that a player is abusing the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
Bonus funds and free spins expire as specified in the individual promotion terms, typically within 7 to 30 days of being credited. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated. ceobd will not extend bonus expiry periods under any circumstances unless a system error on ceobd's part directly caused the expiry.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the ceobd platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game supplier. ceobd hosts games from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate on independently audited RNG or live dealer systems. ceobd does not alter, override, or manipulate the outcome of any game at any time.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the following rules apply: if a game round has not been completed at the point of malfunction, the wager for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. If a game round has been completed and a result determined prior to the malfunction, that result stands. ceobd will review technical error reports submitted within 48 hours of the incident. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets at ceobd — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, FIFA qualifiers, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In-play (live) bets are accepted at ceobd's discretion. ceobd reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet, or correct a price at any time if a manifest error is identified in the odds offered. Manifest errors include but are not limited to: incorrectly priced markets due to data feed failures, markets opened with inverted home/away odds, and markets displaying prices that deviate by more than 50% from the true implied probability.
Bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement will be voided. Use of automated betting software, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair informational advantage over other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the ceobd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Attempting to open, operate, or benefit from more than one ceobd account.
- Using another person's payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or card) without that person's explicit authorisation.
- Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or betting markets.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the ceobd platform without authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on payment card deposits.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with ceobd staff or other players via any support channel.
- Accessing the ceobd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to disguise your actual location.
ceobd reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to the cashier restricted. ceobd will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via the registered email address within 14 business days.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
You may request closure of your ceobd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ceobd will process the request within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account) after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding wagering obligations on active bonus funds.
ceobd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a valid regulatory instruction; the player's own responsible gaming request; or the determination that continued account operation poses a risk to the player's welfare.
Where ceobd initiates account closure on grounds of suspected fraud or AML concern, ceobd is not obligated to return the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is closed following the player's own responsible gaming self-exclusion request, ceobd will enforce the exclusion period as requested (minimum 6 months) and will not accept any request to reopen or transfer the account during that period.
Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, applied to the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ceobd's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the ceobd platform that cannot be resolved through the standard support escalation process will be referred to binding arbitration. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against ceobd. ceobd's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
